Humans are what the Infected were before the outbreak. Some humans are still alive after the outbreak killing many. Mainly of which are either stranded in an isolated location, trying to hide from the infected or barricaded in any form of shelter until either saved by the player or allowed to be devoured by the infected. These humans tend to shout out for help if needed, if confronted it is advised to rescue them due to being able to receive experience and other valuable loots most of which mainly consists of money.
