The shotgun is one of many weapons found in Dying Light. A shotgun is a firearm that is usually designed to fire at close range. Due to it's great amount of damage and power it is advised to use in close combat and to use it only in dire situations so The Infected don't become alarmed and investigate the ruckus. The shotgun allows a good amount of knock back that give the player a good chance to run away or easily take out their assailants.
